अब तनावलाई धुवाँमा उडाउनु पर्दैन
धुम्रपान गर्ने धेरैको तर्क हुन्छ- चुरोट पिउँदा तनाव कम हुन्छ । तर, सफलतापूर्वक धुम्रपान छाड्ने हो भने त्यसपछि तनाव कम हुने अनुसन्धानकर्ताहरुले बताएका छन् ।
इङ्ग्ल्याण्डमा करिब ५ सय मानिसले धुम्रपान छुटाउन विशेष शिविरमा भाग लिए । ब्रिटिश जनरज अफ साइट्रीले गरेको अध्ययन हालै मात्र सार्वजनिक भएको छ ।
अध्ययनका अनुसार चुरोट पिउन छाडेका ६८ मानिसको तनावको स्तरमा कमी आयो । तनाव कमीको असर मुड उतार-चढाव हुनेमा बढी पाइयो । यो अध्ययन ती मानिसहरुलाई आश्वस्त पार्न प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ, जो धुम्रपान छाड्न चाहन्छन् तर, त्यसपछि तनाव बढ्छ भन्ने डरमा छन् ।
तर, धुम्रपान छाड्न असफल हुनेहरुमा भने तनाब बढने अध्ययनले देखाएको छ । अध्ययनका अनुसार धुम्रपान गर्नेहरु विहान उठ्नासाथ चुरोट पिउन चाहन्छन् ताकि ‘विदड्रल सिम्ट्रम’सँग लड्न सकियोस्, जसमा तनाव पनि पर्छ । तर, धुम्रपान छाडेपछि पटकपटक वचैन र तनाव हुादैन । यो तथ्यले धेरैलाई धुवाँको नसा छाड्न आत्मबिश्वास मिल्न सक्छ ।

Dear Editor,
I like to report you on all Nepalese who are in vacation from Afghanistan. In this, we are all in hundreds, we are on overdue vacation because we couldn’t pass the Immigration of Nepal(Tribhuwan International Airport) even guys are not success to get permit on Visit Visa since last 2 months. As we know we are making money for our poor family and country which helps to Nepal’s development in a way that is out best sourse of remittence. Actually we have faced the problem going Dubai in visit Visas. as we can heard that there is problem in Airport due to the police case but this is not the justice to all nepalese dealing in a same way. Yes I agree country should responsible for illigal cases/isues but also need to take respond on who are innocent and government can’t damage the peoples lives…… So, please I would like to request/suggest you to publish this issues ASAP and to give fair justice to those people who are in real problem. Hope, It will be the 1st priority news and it will press to Government authorities to consider to release ASAP and all such laborious nepalese citizens will get JUSTICE ASAP.
