Jan 30, Kathmandu : Nepal has lost to Thailand by 7 wickets in the ACC women’s Twenty20 cricket tournament.
In the semi-final match held on Wednesday at the Prem Oval in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Nepal could post a total of only 38 runs after being put into bat by the hosts. Chanida Sutiruang of Thailand helped get Nepal out cheaply with 5 wickets. For Nepal, Sita Magar’s 7 runs was the highest.
Nepali captain Rubina Chettri took 2 wickets. She had earlier scored just 3 runs, according to Cricket Association of Nepal. RSS
