25 Aug, Damauli. An eight-member committee has been formed under the coordination of administrative officer of the District Administration Office, Padamlal Lamichhane, to collect details of the families, displaced by the Seti River at Shuklagandaki-3 in Tanahun district, and their property.
A meeting of the District Natural Disaster Rescue Committee, held at Damauli on Sunday formed the committee.
Narayan Prasad Wagle, Shivakaji Piya, Indra Bahadur Rana, Ram Chandra Sigdel, Hari Prasad Khanal, Ishwori Dhakal and Bhim Prasad Subedi are the members of the committee.
Out of 35 displaced families, 17 are living under the tent at the vacant area of the Panchamunidev Higher Secondary School and preparation was underway to keep the remaining displaced families at the same area, it is learnt. RSS
