Kathmandu, November 30. The trilateral meeting involving the Nepali Congress, the United Democratic Madheshi Front and the KP Oli government has begun in the Prime Minister’s Official Residence in Baluwatar.

Sunday’s meeting is the first such meeting in which Oli is sitting for talks with the UDMF in the capacity of Prime Minister. NC President Sushil Koirala, Prachanda, UCPN-Maoist Chair and chief of the high-level political mechanism, an apex body of the ruling parties, are also taking part in the talks with UDMF leaders, including Mahantha Thakur.

While the talks are on in Baluwatar, UDMF leaders, including  Upendra Yadav, Rajendra Mahato and Mahendra Yadav, are busy charting out the UDMF’s future strategy regarding the Madhesh Movement.  The Biratnagar meeeting is likely to launch a 10-month central level movement, according to leaders.
