Kathmandu, October 15. Foreign Minister Kamal Thapa is heading to India on an official visit on Saturday.
During the visit, Thapa will hold talks about the ‘covert blockade’ with Indian officials, including with his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj.
The Foreign Ministry informed about Thapa’s upcoming visit at a press conferenceon Thursday.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli informed the government is sending Foreign Minister Thapa to India for easing the supply situation. Oli, who is also UML Chair, said this while addressing Thursday’s meeting of the UML Parliamentary Party.
