Kathmandu, Jan 14: Visiting UN Under Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Jeffrey Feltman, called on Prime Minister, Sushil Koirala, at the latter’s official residence, Baluwatar, today.
During the meeting, Feltman wished for timely constitution, expressing happiness that he got information during his meetings with leaders of different political parties that the new constitution was being written as per the agreement, consensus and welfare of the country.
On the occasion, PM Koirala said political parties have reached to this point through consensus and added that the new constitution would be promulgated as per the democratic process and people’s mandate, said the PM’s Foreign Affairs Advisor Dr Dinesh Bhattarai. RSS
