Do you have a kerosene stove then? If yes, it’s time to make good use of it, for Nepal Oil Corporation is distributing 96 KL (kilolitre) kerosene through 32 depots in the Kathmandu Valley on Sunday. A customer will get up to five litres of kerosene, according to the NOC, which has, as of now, around 200 KL kerosene in stock at its Thankot depot. About a week ago, NOC had sold 96 KL of kerosene.

Amid a deepening cooking gas crisis, the state-run fuel monopoly has courted criticism for not distributing kerosene in its stock. Much to the relief of people, who have been waiting to get kerosene, the Commerce Ministry authorised the Thankot fuel depot to distribute the much-needed fuel.

Here’s the list of dealers and the amount of fuel they are distributing on Sunday.
