Kathmandu, November 15. Prime Minister KP Oli’s in his address to the nation this evening has revolved around three messages. Oli, who was addressing the nation for the first time since he was appointed Prime Minister, had a message each for India, agitating Madheshi parties and the general public.
The main message to India was to lift the economic blockade on Nepal, to the agitating Madheshi parties it was to postpone the protests, and to the general public it was to make efficient use of available resources.
In his 45-minute-long speech, Oli also said he was open to amending the constitution and review constitutional provisions related to the demarcation of provinces.
